What is CCPM?

Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is a project management approach developed by Eliyahu M. Goldratt, based on the Theory of Constraints.It is a practical alternative to other traditional methods, especially useful in multi-project organizations with shared resources and changing environments.

Unlike other methodologies, CCPM accepts uncertainty as part of the system and proposes tools to manage it with focus.
