CCPM Pilot Project · TEOCÉ
When you're managing multiple projects at once, it's hard to stay on top of things.
TEOCÉ's CCPM Pilot Project allows you to test, using your own projects and with minimal risk, whether a new approach to planning and monitoring can improve your ability to manage the process before deciding to implement it fully.

Honesty
What this pilot is not intended to be
Being clear about the scope is part of the method. The pilot is designed to help you make a decision, not to replace it.
- It is not a full implementation.
- It does not yet involve the entire organization
- Not the final solution, but the beginning of the solution
- It does not promise a complete transformation without a subsequent phase
- Does not include custom software licenses

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
If you have any questions that aren't listed here, please contact us and we'll address them in a one-on-one conversation.
How much will it cost my company to implement a pilot project?
This is a brief, guided intervention in which we apply CCPM to a representative subset of your actual projects. The cost is determined following an initial assessment of your specific needs, but is estimated at approximately €18,000 (including expenses).
What is the scope of the pilot program?
We work on a limited portfolio of projects selected in consultation with you: task network design, CCPM planning, a monitoring dashboard, a weekly routine, and basic training for the pilot team. This does not include customized software licenses or full implementation across the entire organization.
How long is the pilot episode?
Approximately 3 to 4 months: an initial few weeks of assessment, design, and planning, followed by 2–3 months of weekly operational monitoring and a final evaluation with clear recommendations on the next steps.
What role should the client play during the pilot?
We need a sponsor with decision-making authority, an operations manager for the pilot project, and the availability of the team implementing the selected projects for working sessions and the weekly routine.
What if we end up deciding not to climb CCPM?
That's okay: that's also a valid outcome of the pilot. You'll gain a clear understanding of the actual progress of your projects, evidence of how CCPM fits into your context, and a decision-making framework based on data, not assumptions.
